Paul Boreham President 401 Energy Limited
Mr. Boreham is a dynamic, success oriented corporate officer of many years standing whose primary focus has been in the field of government contracting. He has represented both the defined interests of industry to government and the broad range of goals, government has often required of industry.
Before moving to government contract work, he produced a great deal of scholarly material on government organization and decision making processes in Ottawa and Queens Park. Over the last thirty years he has established his credentials among the cutting edge companies and governments alike that have consistently been drawn to his creative perspectives and sound advice.
Mr. Boreham has worked closely with the financial services sector developing synergies and value additions for existing and or cutting edge products. He has in his time represented, serves and or contracted with groups as diverse as the Province of Ontario, the City of Toronto, The Federal Government, E.D.S., American Express, M.I.L. Vickers, Nashua, General Dynamics, Murritt, St. Joseph’s Print Group, Konica Minolta and Georgian Wind Power. He is a proven project manager and is responsible for contracting and implementing the first expense card capture system for the Province of Ontario.
Mr. Boreham earned his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science at York University and is a noted public speaker, college lecturer and writer. Mr. Boreham entered the wind energy business some 6 years ago and has witnessed the dynamic growth the industry has had during this short time. Mr. Boreham is the President of 401 Energy Limited and a member of CanWEA, in addition to other national and international business associations.
